Project Initiation & Customer Requirement Collection
  • Receive project inquiry from customer, confirm project location: Ban Mai Mongkol Intersection, Tambon Mae Mo, Lampang, Thailand
  • Collect key requirements: intersection type, traffic flow, power supply, control mode, construction period, acceptance standard
  • Conduct on-site survey: check road conditions, pipeline layout, pole installation position, foundation environment, lightning protection & grounding conditions

 

Demand Analysis & Scheme Planning

 

 

  • Define system configuration: Φ300mm LED traffic signals (red/yellow/green/right-turn green), intelligent signal controller, galvanized steel poles, concrete foundation
  • Confirm structural parameters:

○ Galvanized steel poles: Φ4''(4.5mm thick), Φ5''(5.0mm thick), Φ6''(5.0mm thick)

○ Foundation: 1:3:5 concrete, 30×30cm steel base plate (10mm thick), 6mm stiffeners

○ Grounding: Φ16mm×2.4m copper-clad steel ground rod

○ Wiring: Φ2'' RSC conduit to concrete junction box

  • Control functions: automatic, manual, yellow flash, all red, phase adjustment, directional control
  • Comply with local traffic safety and electrical standards

 

 

Detailed Design & Drawing Output
  • Structural design: pole details, foundation plan, section details, grounding layout
  • Electrical design: controller cabinet wiring, signal driver circuit, power distribution, interface (Ethernet, USB, RS232)
  • Control logic design: phase file, period file, special date file, timing plan
  • Output documents: construction drawings, wiring diagrams, BOM list, technical specification

Packaging & Delivery
  • Pack products with moisture-proof and shock-proof materials
  • Arrange transportation and track logistics
  • Customer receives goods, checks quantity and appearance, signs receipt

 

On-site Installation & Commissioning
  1. Foundation construction: excavation, reinforcement, concrete pouring, pre-embed conduits and grounding rods
  2. Pole installation: fix poles, connect grounding, fasten base bolts
  3. System assembly: install signal heads, controller cabinet, wiring and waterproof treatment
  4. Commissioning: single-light test → phase debugging → full-automatic operation → function verification
  5. Trial operation: stable running for 3–5 days, record operation log

Customer Acceptance & Project Handover
  • Prepare acceptance documents: as-built drawings, test reports, operation manual, warranty certificate
  • On-site acceptance: check appearance, function, brightness, response, grounding safety
  • Customer confirms qualified and signs acceptance form
  • Provide operation training and after-sales support (warranty, maintenance, remote service)
