Step‑by‑Step Installation Process
Step 1: Foundation Check
- Confirm anchor bolt layout and verticality.
- Clean all bolt threads.
Step 2: Section Assembly
- Place pole sections on the ground.
- Align the upper section with the lower expansion joint.
- Push/slide sections together until fully seated.
- Tighten internal locking bolts (if applicable).
Step 3: Lifting the Pole
- Fix lifting straps at the marked lifting point.
- Lift slowly to prevent twisting.
- Ground team assists with guiding.
Step 4: Mounting to Anchor Bolts
- Carefully lower the pole onto the bolt template.
- Install washers and nuts.
