31M Telecom Poles with Integrated Ladders (72 units)
- The ladder features anti-slip rungs, ensuring safe climbing for technicians in icy conditions;
- Equipped with harness attachment points to fully guarantee the safety of high-altitude operations;
- The ladder structure is cleverly designed to avoid equipment installation areas, preventing interference with communication devices.
- This design significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces downtime, and makes regular inspections safer and faster.
31M Telecom Poles Without Ladders (180 units)
The design simplifies the installation process, ensuring seamless integration with telecom equipment;
The structure reserves sufficient load space, providing flexible support for subsequent equipment upgrades and meeting long-term communication network expansion needs.
Material Selection:
Both types of poles are made of high-grade steel, with a hot-dip galvanization finish. This protective layer effectively resists corrosion from snow, rain, and ice, significantly extending service life and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Structural Verification:
Professional simulation technologies were employed. The ladder-equipped version underwent ANSYS finite element analysis, while the non-ladder version was tested using STAAD.Pro structural simulation. Both were verified for structural integrity, stress distribution, and overall stability under simulated extreme wind speeds and heavy loads, ensuring reliable performance in real-world conditions.
Currently, both types of telecom poles have been installed in Russia. The client has shared on-site photos showing all products standing stably and perfectly matching communication equipment.
