For this landmark installation, we provided a complete turnkey solution with several unique innovations:
- Advanced Foundation Design:We developed helical ground screws as the foundation system, ensuring fast, eco-friendly installation while avoiding traditional concrete bases.
- Customized Pole Structure:The poles were engineered with a square profile, following Thai tradition and local preferences (widely chosen over round poles as they help reduce the chance of snakes climbing).
- Dual-System Innovation:Each unit is powered by an independent dual-system design featuring:
2 × 30W high-efficiency LED light modules
2 × 120W monocrystalline solar panels
2 × 24Ah/12.8V LiFePO₄ batteries
2 × 10A MPPT controller
This unique dual setup provides built-in redundancy-if one system experiences a rare failure, the other continues to operate, guaranteeing uninterrupted street lighting.
All products comply with UN3481 safety standards, packaged in UN-certified cartons, and transported via DG containers to ensure safe global delivery.
